Hello everyone! I've been wanting to commission a lot of artists lately, but I don't have the funds to continue doing so.
So I'm opening up commissions! Since this is a special case, prices here are slightly negotiable!

I reserve the right to refuse an offer.
All prices are in USD (or points). Payment first, please! (This is to ensure intent!) 
If, for some reason, I cannot finish your commission, I will return your money in full, along with any work in progress.

I'll be working on schoolwork until then so forgive me if it ends up being a bit late
I know I said I wasn't going to do another one, but oh well. Since I got the huge pay yesterday, I will do a contest. And I speculate that more people will join this time, because the Prize is much larger. Like, way larger. And a long time for the contest to actually go on. 
This is an art and/or design contest, meaning that you can draw something of my OC's and/or create a design for me. You can do both, if you want. Like a separate art contest and design contest but in one! Because I don't have enough points to do both and be enticing.
The rules of the contest are as followed-
The drawing MUST contain an OC of mine, the sta.sh files will be shown later in the journal. If it does not show an OC of mine, it will not count and you will not get a chance to win. The Tallum biggest characteristics are the teeth eyes in their eyes. They use those eyes to see, while their normal "human" eyes are blind. All Tallums have animal ears with matching tails. It is extremely rare that the ears and tails do not match, but it is herd of. As well as "cages" located somewhere on their bodies. These cages hold their life source. Each Tallum is a child of a guardian in which they get their magic from. 
Tattoos or markings accompany the magic of their stones. The markings, stone, and magic all have the same color and can glow when the Tallums emotions run high.
